Best yet!!

In the past two years turbo tax made entering my daughters college info confusing and stressful. This year it was smooth as silk ,turbo tax seems to be more straight forward easy to understand I give you guys a A+++++. Remember make it as EASY as possible , if we knew all the ends and outs of tax preparation we would not need turbo tax. I would recommend anyone who wants to prepare their own taxes to use turbo tax. Excellent product.
What's great about it: Straight forward no confusion as in past, finally turbo tax gets it right.
What's not so great: Would love to have free state e-file.

Worked great for all these years

I have used Turbo Tax for years and at one time was doing returns for 6 family members. As parents, aunts and cousins have passed away and children have grown and started their own households, I'm now down to returns for two households -- and it is a piece of cake!
What's great about it: Quick, easy and great for doing returns for relatives
What's not so great: Can be difficult at times to find answers to questions

Good to go

I find Turbo Tax easy to use, however, I experienced some difficulties regarding my 1099R's, specifically my retired Military and State retirement pay. When I entered the required income and tax data your program kept asking if I had a qualified or non-qualified plan. I would think Turbo tax would know if a military plan is qualified and also the state pension retirement plan for each state. I had to go through a few hoops to get this done. I kept getting asked if I took a lump some or withdrew from an IRA.
What's great about it: Easy to do. Have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years
What's not so great: Little difficulty with 1099R's

TurboTax is my GoTo Tax Software

I'm always very happy with TurboTax. The convenience of having everything in one package and having the opportunity to check each potential deduction really helps.
What's great about it: Easy, Comprehensive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

flow and information difficult to follow, ID/password, last year/new this year. Why not establish a new one each year.

Wait 4 days for a form

We bought the CD and the application said wait for a form and we send you an email when the form is ready, we received the email, but the form has the same problems, we wrote a message in your support and never received the answer.
We waited 4 days for a new upgrades in the application, time is money. Your ad says running quickly and easily but in our case was walking slowly.
