Turbotax: Easy to use

I have used TurboTax for many years and it keeps getting easier to file my taxes.
What's great about it: It's like having a CPA across the desk leading me through the process

Easiest Ever

This was my heaviest tax season ever. But with Turbo Tax all I had to do was provide the required information and it did the rest. I answered the appropriate questions and Turbo Tax filled out the proper forms for me. Turbo Tax even e-filed all the forms for me, at the press of a button.
What's great about it: I provide the info., you fill out the form.
What's not so great: A little slow getting started on the download

Fast and efficient

Great product and I have been using it for years. My tax situation is pretty straight forward so its great - should things get more complex, I think the money is better spent on a tax consultant as they will understand my situation.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to complete my taxes
What's not so great: May not have identified all deductions
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

its just nice to have the ability to have help as you go and that if you had something last year and you don't put it down for this year it will ask if this is needed

What's great about it: Fairly easy to use/ good with deductions

Super Easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, ever since my tax preparer made errors on my returns 2 years in a row. I decided what the heck, I can't do any worse than she did. I got Turbo Tax and proceeded to do our taxes myself. That way I could be sure they were done accurately. I have not had any questions by the IRS since I started using it. I get my refund in a timely manner and feels so good to have tax experts review my taxes before they are sent in. I will continue using Turbo Tax in years to come.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax leads you step by step through all you need to do. If I can do it, anyone can. I file the long form.
What's not so great: I really don't have any cons to report.
