In the past all I had to do was hit print to print my return,
now I had to download adobe which I could not do.
If I cannot print my return I want a refund of your lousey program.

Over the years I have been using Turbo taxes after using other taxes before and it seems to be the easy to use.. I love the way it checks your answers at the end.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is very easy to understand..
What's not so great: I don"t know of any cons

Great, Easy-To-Use Product for Taxes

The product is very easy to use especially if you have used the product in prior years to submit taxes. It is easy to find out more about tax documents and looks for ways to help save you money on your taxes.
What's great about it: Quick Entry, Easy to Use
What's not so great: Updates can take some time to perform
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Over all Great Tool
What's great about it: like it walking me thru each step
What's not so great: Sometimes I would like to get printout of pages but can't out how to do it

Made tax time so much easier and not such a dreadful experience as before. Thought of things I would have not entered or thought of.
