Overall I found Turbo Tax to be extremely helpful and easy to use. The step by step instructions, along with the the ability to see if you qualify for any particular deduction without jeoopardizing your tax return is really great. I have been using Turbo tax for the last several years and continue to be really impressed with how it icovers all the latest tax changes and how they apply to each person's individual tax requirements .
We are now getting into the stage in our lives where we have to start taking mandatory payouts from our IRAs. At the same time we are still allowed to make contributions and transfer money from one IRA acount to another.... not sure if these transfers count as a contribution or not. Could not find anything in the program on this so we did not take credit for any contributions.
I will continue to use Turbo tax in the future and recommended it to others. Definitey has helped keep the gray hairs to a minimum :>)
What's great about it: Step By Step Instructions and Explanations
What's not so great: Not enough explanations for determining how IRA mandatory payments shoud be handled

Great product!

We use Turbo Tax every year. It is a comprehensive, easy way to complete your taxes. The program picks up on unique family situations and prompts you to fill out the appropriate areas. We have a child with a disability and a lot of medical expenses. Turbo Tax is awesome for our family!

Easy and Accurate - Every time

I have used TurboTax for at least 10 years and it rocks every time. Easy to follow interview and I blast through my returns and my kid's returns in short order.
What's great about it: Accurate and easy to follow with interview
What's not so great: n/a
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I love Turbo Tax. Have done my entire family's taxes with Turbo Tax for the last 18 years
What's great about it: Comcpleted 5 returns in one day

A Light in the Dark

I've used TurboTax for several years. Every year there are more state and federal forms, requirements, categories, and just plain confusion. I can't afford to sit down with a tax person. TurboTax makes the annual craziness a little less crazy.

Excellent product - clear, clean, easily navigated

I've been using TT for several years now, and I'll be using it again. Solid product - clarity and ease of navigation are the keys to success. Links to more info may help, but don't clutter it up.

What's not so great: More info re college tuition deduction would have helped (got it from the IRS website)
