I was so amazed on how easy it was to file my taxes. This experience has made me a reoccuring customer in the years to come. Ive already recommended this to my friends and family. Bravo TurboTax

TurboTax makes doing the taxes less grim!

2012 taxes were my second time with TurboTax and I really enjoyed your carry forwards from 2011 and the clear way your questions were written and located. I plan to stay with you from now on. Although I'm getting on in age (83 next month#, your clarity and occasional humor kept me going on our federal and state taxes and I am done in record time #for me, of course). My only complaint is that I had staggered through the Federal process without seeing where I could enter the estimated taxes for NC.
What's great about it: I liked being led through the confusion of U.S. taxes!
What's not so great: Estimated taxes entry was obscurred.

I've been using turbotax for many years and I am happy and familiar with the software.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: have to start over from the beginnng when restarting turbotax

I love turbo tax and have used it for years. It is very easy to understand and to operate. I will continue to purchase and use it it for many more years to come.

What's not so great: can be tricky to research the IRS site from Turbotax

As expected, Turbo Tax has made our income tax filing simple, relatively stress free, and fast. It is unfortunate that our government does not provide this service . . . but?
