Refund

I had to go into the forms to apply my refund to my 2013 taxes. I could never find a option to do that with my refund even the instructions said it would ask the question.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years to do our taxes and my mom's taxes. Over the years, I've also done taxes for many friends who were baffled or had a new situation. I have had some training and coursework in tax preparation, so between what I know and Turbo Tax's thorough interview, I am always confident I can get the right answer for anyone. It is honestly sort of fun to take the tax burden off of friends and family who hate it - when it's so darned easy for me. (If only they knew!)
What's great about it: Thorough interview plus drill-down for the expert user
What's not so great: There are a few things it doesn't know

Got it Done the Easiest Way

Using turbo tax for more than ten years. Each successive year it has shown improvement. My tax situation is, and has been, relatively simple but I rather use turbo tax than to do it manually; something I have done. Turbo tax makes a distasteful ordeal tolerable. Once I begin the process I cannot remember why I procrastinated on filing; until I discover the amount of tax owed. Great product, it is reliable, easy to use, and I appreciate the availability of the extra assistance if needed.
What's great about it: prev tax info transfering, availability of additional information
What's not so great: Cannot think of one you can control, i.e. taxes owed.

first time doing my taxes on my own and was a bit nervous but with the easy to fallow steps turbo tax provided made it a walk in the park. I will be using turbo tax again next year and will recommend the software to friends and family.
What's great about it: walked you threw easy to fallow steps

What's great about it: Do it on your own, no experience needed. Do not have to pay hundreds to have you taxes done
