online troubles

It took me several hours to navigate on the online version because I need to change the amount of states taxes paid last year on my federal return and change the overall fed taxes withheld and could not do it on the online version. It was horrible!
What's great about it: the help I received on the chat support
What's not so great: not being able to change incorrect info on the online version

Saved Days of Work!

Have been using TurboTax for over five years now and find that each year it becomes a little bit easier to use! This year was as smooth as ever, with few areas where I had to do added research for some rather complex filiing problems. The extra pull-down boxes add a lot to explaining what an entry is referring to or to the added info to understand rather complex tax code requirements. Even my state tax frorms were completed in MINUTES rather than the hours it used to take and I have fairly difficult items to include on the forms. I would recommend this product to one and all... it is a winning package and worth every penny spent for accuracy and peace of mind.
What's great about it: Liked the way each section was tailored to my needs with excellent walk-thru for each category
What's not so great: Sad to see the extra charge to file state returns

When you get to filling the return, it is not obvious when things are done. I e-filed my federal return and mailed my state return. It was not clear when printing whether I was printing a copy to file or a copy to save.
I also had a little trouble going back to review my data entry. It took a few minutes to find where to review what I had entered rather than a summary. There should be something besides summary and edit so I can see what I entered without the risk of fat fingering something and causing an error.
What's great about it: I like just entering the data from the forms (W-2, etc) and letting the software figure out what to do with it.
What's not so great: Filing and printing forms is not as straight forward as the rest.

Quick and Easy

Once again my tax returns were quick and easily done with the help of Turbo Tax. I like how it uses the data from the previous year and automatically uploads into this year. My only concern is with security. With all the stolen ID's out there it is hard to feel safe with any system that works on the internet.
What's great about it: Easy to read and understand.
What's not so great: Some concerns with security

Great Turbo Tax Experiences

I have used Turbo tax for many years. Feel that it is user friendly and accurate. Never had any major problems over the years using it. Like e-file options and start features. Frequent updates help to be sure are current when filling out taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Loaded well with Windows XP. I liked the deductable help with price of items donated. Easy to pay and send retire with minimal cost.
What's great about it: Very Effecient and smooth mostly

Easiest Filing Anywhere

I have used TurboTax for years. Every year the software makes it easier and easier to understand what is needed and to make sure you have completed your return completely and accurately. Love using TurboTax!!!
What's great about it: I love the ability to transfer past return information, and the simple walk thru assistance
