LOVE TURBO TAX

BEEN USING TURBO A FEW YEARS NOW AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES. GREAT PROCESS. ALMOST PAPERLESS.
What's great about it: EVERYTHING ABOUT IT
What's not so great: CAN'T THINK OF ANY

Still frustrated

When reviewing Fed return, as I did step by step none of answers to questions were there. Had to again input them.
When trying to review my state return couldn't access the step by step (do myself) piece. Help by a family member still couldn't get info from K-1 transfer to ohio state tax form as a credit!!! Finally just gave up. Wouldn't let me input line 35a when I went to form--which is where it should have come up. Workd on relatives return so something wasn't asking me the right question or one I could understand as a non-CPA. Bummer!!
Trouble when I went to print for review, then it showed I had printed it for mailing.
Maybe suggest intuit have someone very unfamilar with tax forms do the return in front of your programmers to address some of these issues for those of us who know enough (or have associates using same info and getting different results).

Always a struggle

I choose to make entries manuallly rather than by the interview, which covers a lot of questions that do not apply to my situation, so of course It depends on me to determine what entries I need to make. Also I do not always understand tax terms
What's great about it: calculations always fast and accurate and I like having entries carried over from previous year.
What's not so great: sometimes printing looked like a foreign language

EASIEST Filing

Turbo Tax is so easy to use and follow. They check all possible areas that may affect you and provide easy to understand explanations. If you are looking for more information, you can ask questions in a help mode or community chat. Everyone seems to have the same questions you may have. You can continue with any state and filing is so easy electronically. I love the notifications as it moves through the process to my cell phone!
What's great about it: Every detail explained for all to understand plus easy search option if more detail is needed. Everything right there.

Quick, Fast, Accurate, and Fount More Money!

This is the first year I rented my own house and relied on myself for all that follows life. This software helped cut out cost, and travel to a professional for taxes because I can do them on my own time! It gave me the best refund that I did not know I was qualified for and the software checks to see if you made any mistakes! The only encounter of any kind of problem or not necessary is it would not let me efile without updating the software, but even then I believe it is for the best refund and it took only a minute. Will be purchasing next year again and will recommend to others. 5/5 *'s
What's great about it: No payment besides the software which is user friendly.
What's not so great: Would not let me send before software update, but was quick and easy with only 1 minute.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
