Degraded Performance

Said I couldn't select electronic debit and deposit because I was filing a paper copy, but I never selected a paper copy. Another problem was changing an entry amount. I could not select no entry without first selecting to make an entry and then setting the amount to zero.
What's great about it: Can import and download 1099 info
What's not so great: Several errors were flagged with should not have been flagged.

A GOOD OUT COME

THIS WILL BE MY TENTH YEAR USING TURBO TAX. A REPEAT ORDER IS THE BEST ENDORSMENT OF A PRODUCT. PURE AND SIMPLE TURBO TAX WORKS.

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 6 or 7 years and I always find it easy to follow and to submit my taxes.
My only suggestion is to help us avoid entering data if we know we won't be close to being able to use it. Like medical expenses - you know it needs to be at least a certain percentage of income so let us know what that is up front so we can decide whether or not to enter it.

I have used for years and it always gets the job done quickly and helps you find all of your deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Guides you through all portions of the return.
What's not so great: Too many updates.

Getting The Job Done

I had tax info from 2 brokers which contained 1099-B and other statements that I would have had a difficult job reporting but you made it pretty easy.
I will use TURBOTAX Delux again next year

What's great about it: You took what was for me a difficult job to a fairly easy one
What's not so great: I had a little trouble with K-1 forms

Saved money

Turbo Tax is easy to use. It asks you all the questions and finds different ways to get deductions. I saved over $2000 in taxes using Turbo Tax this year. I had all the explanations I needed and the final product is awesome. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 6 years. Never been audited. Never had mistakes. THANK YOU.

Tax forms 2012

I have used Turbo tax for over five years. I didn't have any problem until this year. I own one stock and have held it since 1999. I did not sell this stock, but it was a merger and they bought me out. When I was filling in these forms, I didn't know how to answer on question. The area said (not required), but wouldn't let me go forward. This was very frustrating. I don't feel that I should have to pay more money for this quick question.
What's great about it: Most of the forms are very easy. You just fill in the boxes as you go.
What's not so great: I had a loss with a stock and the forms did not give examples to follow. No information was given.
