Many bugs

I've used TurboTax for many years now. This year's return was as easy as it always has been, but the software has many bugs in this version.
What's great about it: easy to use, quick
What's not so great: multiple bugs in the software

Can it get any easier than this?

Other than the having to scroll all the way to the bottom of every page after every income section and after every deduction section using the Easy Guide option, the program is easy to use, thorough, and well-worth the money to purchase the program.
What's great about it: TurboTax suggests items, deductions, etc., that I could have forgotten.
What's not so great: I do not like scrolling all the way down after each income section and after each deduction section using the Easy Guide

Extremely easy to use!

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I like the logical progression of the steps and the prompts. It is very easy to use.
What's great about it: 1) Progresses in a logical way. 2) Explains as you go along.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
