Turbo Tax helped me complete my return to to pay only my fair share of taxes. It helped me find my deductions and put everything together to properly and accurately file my federal return.
What's great about it: Able to complete my return painlessly helping me collect and present everything for a complete and accurate return
What's not so great: Tedious, but not your fault. US Taxes by nature are tedious.

This program led me through everything I had to enter and gave me a feeling that my taxes were properly computed and filed
What's great about it: covered everything I needed to file on with easy to answer questions
What's not so great: sometimes it took quite a while to call it up and get to work on it

Use to dread doing taxes. Now, takes me less than 2hrs to file a complicated return. Sweeeeeet.....
What's great about it: Transfer data from last year; eaze of editing; so very, very simple & easy.

Even after another review...Turbo Tax made my day!

I just started as 'Self-Employed' and had a lot of questions on what can be deducted, what to claim, etc. I did my taxes initially in Turbo Tax then had them reviewed by another company. I didn't understand the answers being given to me and definitely didn't like the price they placed on filing my forms. I decided to bring everything home and start from scratch in Turbo Tax again. I went slow, asked for help for the things I didn't understand completely and was smiling by the time I finished. The online help, talking to a consultant and the information in the guided tour saved me close to $700 in filing fees.
What's great about it: Easily guided me through all the rederic
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I find Turbo tax to be very user friendly. I will use it next year to teach my kids to prepare their own returns.
What's great about it: It's almost Fool Proof
What's not so great: No Free State E-File
