I have been a Turbo Tax user since they first released the home version. It has come a long way and continues to improve.
What's great about it: easy to use and no need to reenter info year to year
What's not so great: some forms with college tuition are difficult to know what to do with

Fast and efficient. Still have to pay for state efile though.

Love TurboTax

I do not know if the fee for e-filing state taxes is a state rule or if it is a Turbo Tax rule, but I think it is ridiculous. If it is a state rule, I do not understand, because e-filing has to save them a lot of work, thereby saving money. And if it is a Turbo Tax rule, I think they should give you at least one free state filing for what you pay for the program. This is really the only problem I have with Turbo Tax. I am a long time user.
What's great about it: Simple to use, reminds me to recheck deductions
What's not so great: Do not like having to pay to e-file State taxes

Used TurboTax for my whole family. Entire process was painless and easy to complete. With a son who is a CPA and who checked the results i feel confident in my returns.

Turbo Tax rocks!

Turbo Tax makes doing our taxes so easy, I actually don't mind doing them. We also feel confident that our taxes are done correctly and that we get every deduction we qualify for.

I was able to use the files my mom used for my taxes and do them myself. I walked me thru everything!
