Over all I've been using Turbo Tax for over 6 years.They've never let .e down. Entry of information is easy but some items could use better explanation. If items such as insolvency need to only have the debt owed by the one receiving the dept relief it would have been nice to just have a small note at top of screen. Otherwise as always will keep recommending to all friends and family to use this great product.
What's great about it: quick and easy entry,good customer service
What's not so great: Time it takes to get to tax expert.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great overall with one important drawback

Overall I like and will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: All the math is done automatically.
What's not so great: Couldn't bring up my personal info from last year.

I like this product. It gives one a certain sense of confidence because it seems to have a sense of what is right and what will be appropriate on your tax return.
What's great about it: Steps you right through the process
What's not so great: Seems to "review" too much near the end

Overall, it's a great product. I've used it for over 10 years, and trust Turbo Tax to deliver the best product of all those on the market.
What's great about it: Questions were categorized, easy to follow
What's not so great: sometimes a little confusion about retirement income

Very Easy

I have used TurboTax for a couple of years and have always found it to be simple and easy to use for my situation. As a military service member I recommend this product for any other service members who do not have access to a base tax office or who do not feel like waiting in line at one.
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step guidance
What's not so great: none

I have been using TuboTax for years and it still makes doing this yearly process quick and easy. Yeah TuboTax keep up the good work to make tax time easy!!!!!

2013 Turbo tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for over ten years. It generally works fairly easy and accurately. I word recommend it to a friend . The part I don't like is you can't find and amend the actual tax form pages very easily . The older versions would let you make changes to a specific page and the program would update itself.
What's great about it: easy to follow prompts
What's not so great: difficult to find and edit actual tax form pages

Very Intuitive and Easy

Have been using Turbo Tax for years and the product just keeps getting better! Makes doing taxes a snap.
What's great about it: Software is easy to use and very intuitive. Transferring of information from one year to next is awesome
What's not so great: Just had a little trouble e-filing, but figured it out.
