Always a great experience

Been buying and using Turbo Tax for years. I tried another product once because it was cheaper and quickly changed back because the program was not nearly as useful and easy as TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward questions. No Tax lingo that is not explained
What's not so great: Nothing that I can think of!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used in previous years and is helpful when doing taxes for several family members and keeping everything in one place.
What's great about it: Like the link to previous years' information. Easy instructions and guide through the entire process.
What's not so great: Sometimes trying to get a specific form to look at is not simple.

Simple and Easy

Overall very good. One issue though is I had a like kind exchange and the guide did not prompt several entries which were then required on the review.
What's great about it: Easy to follow with Easy Guide.
What's not so great: Application restarts from the beginning each time. I would like to pick up where I left off.

Wouldn't update!

I was helping a friends with their return. They have a blended family with 4 kids between them. I input all 4 children - it varies from year to year which parent will get the dependent deduction. One of the children was, by decree, to be taken as a dependent of the other parent. I could get Turbo Tax to change the status to non-dependent.
I changed the view to forms and was finally able to get it corrected there.

What's great about it: Mostly, Turbo Tax is easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes the status won't update! Be careful before you file.
