As easy as ever to file your taxes

I have used TurboTax for almost every single year since the early '00s and continues to be my favorite tax filing tool. It is easy to use and while I know a lot of the tax laws already, its wizard-style questioning ensures that I get all the credits/deductions I am entitled. I can highly recommend TurboTax and expect to continue to use it every year going forward!
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Reloading saved file sometimes takes you back to previous steps you had already finished

Sometimes not clear where things were going. I didn't like surprise at end that required paying for state return. Those hidden got yas, aren't appreciated.
What's great about it: It seemed to get to the right place
What's not so great: Didn't use old tax returns directly

Excellent Product

I especially like being able to navigate the areas I am familiar with without going through a long question and answer path. I have used Turbo Tax for many years except for the 2 years I was a professional Tax Preparer for a major competive chain. I find the product very easy to use and think it works well for all levels of experience. I even recommended it to friends.
What's great about it: Ease of use, information supplied, multiple paths possible
What's not so great: some paths restrictively long. Should be a way to leave these once all data entered

This continues to be a great product overall. It has been helpful in the past to hear the directions as well as read them. Hearing them sometimes makes the directions clearer or easier to understand. Also, would be helpful to me if there was an ability to print filing information in addition to the tax information being transmitted and its support documents. Otherwise, great product.
What's great about it: Great aall around product. I have used this product for almost 10 years now and have been pleased each time.
What's not so great: No oral directions; no ability to print only filing info & follow up info w/costs

Used TTax again

This was difficult on the state form to correct from "extension payment" back to "immediate payment"
What's great about it: ease of working through forms; no math errors
What's not so great: difficulty in changing to immediate payment if extension marked in error
