I can count on TurboTax!
TurboTax is easy to use and gives me the option of either going through my income & deductions on my own or having the software walk me through the process. TurboTax offers potential tax savings tips and asks questions to make sure I have entered the information right so the return is accepted the first time I submit it.
What's great about it: Easy to Use!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Had investments, royalties and a business with home office - everything worked very smoothly and fast and easy - no problem at all - My wife did not want to change from our CPA of past 3 years but I talked her into it and now she is sold on this tax package. This package ask more questions than my CPA did and gave me deduction suggestions for next year. Only problem I had was when I was not sure if I should go on to the next page or not - however turns out that all pages have a "back" button to it all worked our OK.
What's great about it: stright forward - very easy
What's not so great: a couple of times I wasn't sure if I was ready to continue

Turbo Tax was WONDERFUL!!! I already recommended it to a couple people to use for THIS year's return - I will DEFINITELY be using this program again in the future, Thanks Again!
What's great about it: easy to use, easy to "pause" and come back to finish, no scattered paperwork to search back-and-forth, 1 doc at a time
What's not so great: I didn't have a couple things to hand when i started, would've liked to have a list of necessary papers in the beginning

PROGRAM KEPT ASKING QUESTIONS THAT MADE ME KEEP GOING BACK TO SEE WHERE MY ERRORS WERE BEFORE MAKING IT TO NEXT SECTION.

I have been using it for years because it is better than most software for any purpose. Clear, not to self promotional and easy to switch to forms for clarification.
What's great about it: Hard to find ways to make it easier than it is!
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to know what form is referred to in guided way
