Very easy to use. Loved it.

I will be looking for Turbo Tax next year. Have used other programs...they do not compare to the ease of understanding questions. Further, there were no error messages.
What's great about it: I found the program easy to understand and use.
What's not so great: all tax programs have lots of questions

Turbo Tax is by far the best system used to get your ultimate tax refund!! I've used it for years now and its great!!
What's great about it: Liked that you include receipts on what you bought from work.
What's not so great: If you can make it where a 17 year old can understand it then we all win!

Printing nightmare

I have been trying to print my return for 3 days and nothing.
My printer communication is fine, I can print off anything from anywhere, except turbo tax.

Impressed with the continuity for the last 14 year

Amazing product. I have been using it for the last 14 years without any hassle and easy record keeping.
What's great about it: Very intuitive ( matching with company name Intuit ) at the same time prompting right questions and guiding !
What's not so great: Not very fast while editing through forms

Another easy year of tax return preparation

The best part of Turbo Tax is the way it picks up last year's data from your files, fills in data where needed for this year, and gives you a year by year comparison of your tax return.
What's great about it: Easy step by step instructions
What's not so great: I don't like the complicated tax laws, but Turbo Tax helps
Pros: I bought or sold investments
