This is my third year using TurboTax. I have never had a problem and love the software. I can always find my answer in the instuctions or explain this section or using Help. I recommend this software to anyone to file their taxes.

I love Turbo-tax!! It is very easy to use. It can retrieve all info from last year's tax return saving a tremendous amount of time and energy.

I have been using this product for many years and have always felt complete confidence in doing so. The software is through, easy to use and it assures me that I am providing all the necessary information to file a tax claim that is honest and accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to use, lots of checks and balances, Assurance of following the laws

It was my first time alone with Turbo Tax.

I was very anxious about having the right records to prove things and everything was very clear. There was lots of additional information to help me get organized for next year too. Very easy to load and to use, even for a non- computer geek like me.
What's great about it: The process was very clear and easy to follow. The extra information helped me make sure I had the records I would need

I have used this product for several years and like the way review feedback is used to improve the product every year. I always dread doing my taxes, but wonder why when Turbo Tax makes it so easy with the walk through of each topic!
What's great about it: explanations are easy to understand, help available every page
What's not so great: as I get older, font size matters

Does what it supposed to do

I've been using TurboTax for years, and it does everything you would expect it to do. It's great at stepping you through the process and explaining each item as you go. My taxes aren't super complex, but with tax law today, that's all relative... nobody's taxes are simple. TurboTax makes it as simple as possible.
What's great about it: Does all the math for you
What's not so great: The IRS exists

As Usual, Solid with nice upgrades...

I have been using TT for many years. Every year, the upgrades streamline and simplify matters. Better explanations and help menus prove this. I did my itemized Fed and State in record time this year. The best part is you don't have to rush through it. You can walk away to gather information and return right where you left off.

I would like to see the complete guarantee added at no charge, or have this software greatly discounted for us that have continued to use it for several years.
