Love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and love the ease of completing my yearly taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to complete.

So easy to use

I have used Turbo tax for the last 10+ years. I tried another company a few years ago and switched right back to Turbo tax. I'm a tax preparer by trade and find the instant research and ease of use to be exactly what I need. Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: User friendly with research built into the program

TURBO WITH A CHUCKLE

I had used Turbo Tax for many years. One year, I became frustrated with a specific entry. I ended up taking my return to a Tax Service and paid 4 times the cost of Turbo Tax. The following year (this one) I returned to Turbo Tax. When I got to my problem area, I called for help. It took a couple of tries to solve the problem but it was well worth it. My expert was very patient, with me! And had a sense of humor as well! My blessing.
What's great about it: I really liked the humor sprinkled throughout the process. It gave a lightness to a tedious jobl
What's not so great: An income that was tax free required a call to Turbo tax, there was a lengthly wait.y

Although very easy to use, there is one concern I have. Could you please remove the 1099 retirement forms from the W-2 area? Other than that, great job.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Create a separate retired form line.

Did the program all in one night, that's a record! Since I have been using TurboTax for many years now and am familiar with it, it just gets easier and easier, especially with yearly changes that come from feedback! Thank you for implementing them!
What's great about it: glad to see efile directions explained more clearly
What's not so great: still don't like having to scroll to get to "continue" button on each page, can't the pages be shortened to fit?

I have used turbo tax for years now and feel confident that with our basic deductions it is the right choice for us. It's easy and the It's Deductible feature is very helpful.
What's great about it: Very cut and dry, good understandable questions
What's not so great: Wish there were more options for refunds, definitions could be slightly better

I have many questions about deductions ie: new car, new roof, furnace, etc. I am able to find answers on turbo and make correct decisions based on the advice.
What's great about it: Love to efile and get refund drafted straight into my account
