Super Organized and Efficient

Turbo Tax has been our way of filing taxes for 5 years now. it is easy year from year to follow the yellow brick road and get to the final answer.
What's great about it: Year to Year information available which saves time and effort
What's not so great: sometimes hard to find what is needed

Good tax software

This is the third year we have used Turbotax. We had to add North Dakota to our state filings. The ND form required a school district code. I had to look up the ND tax forms to find it. There is a school district code for non-residents to use. Turbotax should be able to complete this section or provide access to the reference information. Overall, we are happy with Turbotax.
What's great about it: Collects and organizes data well
What's not so great: Problems with lookup of ND school districts

Simple and Fast!

Very easy to navigate with simple "continue" and "back" buttons. Step by step instruction with the option to get more info from whatever topic you are currently working on. Makes taxes understandable.
What's great about it: Easy to understand verbage.
What's not so great: none worth bringing up

this was my first year using turbo tax and i have to admit it was very easy to go through all the steps and details needed to get the paperwork done with both my federal and state taxes. very pleased with the e-file and the ease with which it was completed.
What's great about it: very direct and easy way to file taxes
What's not so great: no complaints at all

Easy to use and fairly inexpensive. Retaining previous years information is helpful.

Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 4 years. So easy and worry free. Saves time by pre-filling from last year. Remembers leftover credits you have coming (like points on a house re-finance that has to be taken over the life of the loan). Makes filing taxes a breeze.
What's great about it: Can feel confident you haven't forgotten something
What's not so great: Can't think of any
