Quick and Easy

Very easy to use and liked the helpful information when I had questions. Feels so good to have our refund done and would use Turbo Tax again.

Actually it was a pretty easy to use tool. The only issues I ran into was needing further information on some deductions. I would also look at the questions an they way they are asked. Some of the questions you have to answer as a "no" to equal a "yes;" just need a bit of polish on the tool. Computer programmer by trade and know industry standards.
What's great about it: Easy to use

I have used this last 2 years and will continue to use it. Its easy to use and gives extra information if you have questions regarding specific questions. Also we got a great refund! That's always a plus

This is the first year I have filed my taxes without help. TurboTax made it really easy to understand, and it explained things in detail. I also feel assured that it searched for all possible entries in order to get me the largest refund. Very good experience. I will definitely use TurboTax again!

Good Software

This software is great overall. However, it was not very intuitive when it came to entering vehicle property tax. I finally entered it where I thought it went and left it at that. I purchased the deluxe Federal version and it didn't include a chat feature, which was disappointing. I also wound up paying more than if I had gone to a tax professional by the time everything was prepared and e-filed (and a lot more time). Costs are not widely made available, so you don't realize until you have already started the process that it's going to be pricey, especially if you have to file in two or more states. Bottom line: I will use again now that I know what and how much is involved. Suggestion for improvement: Customer should be able to do a cost analysis to determine if TurboTax is right for their situation before purchasing the product!
