Super quick, super simple!

I think the help content is very useful and link are available all over the application. This helps in understanding all the scenarios clearly. The audit risk calculator also gives the extra comfort.
The integration with multiple platform is great plus. PC, Mac, Web, iPad - it works everywhere.
My W2 import didn't work on the PC version. It was working on the web version. The integration with W-2 providers can be improved. Even the 1099 imports didn't offer much choices - may be because the banks don't partner with TurboTax. But this can ease out a whole lot of manual entries.
Overall, it was pretty good, and fairly quick. And clearly a cheaper way to file tax from home.
What's great about it: It considers all scenarios, and offers services on several Platforms
What's not so great: 1099 and W2 imports should be better integrated

Overall very easy program to use and walk throughs helped me find deductions I almost forgot about.
What's great about it: Download last years data, easy walk through to file taxes and keep records.
What's not so great: Could not pull old data from Turbo Tax 2008,2009

I appreciate the way TT autocalculates your return as you go and how it compares everything to last year, really helpful in making sure you didn't miss anything and also helps you see where your money is going. I also appreciate how it retains your basic info and fills in a lot of the redundant fields for you
What's great about it: Step by Step process really walks me through the process

This was the first time that I used TurboTax, and I must say it was very easy. They way the the program took me through each step made me feel comfortable that I was putting in the correct information. There was constant opportunities to review information that I enter, and many times there were steps that it provided look up date to help make my decsions when I was making my deductions. I would recomend others use the software also.

Makes filing easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for years until my family owned farm property and we decided to get a CPA. Now that I'm on my own with no farms, I am back to Turbo Taxing again!
What's great about it: tips for deductions and review process makes me feel comfortable about filing taxes without paying a tax professional
What's not so great: can't complain about anything!

TurboTax is great for people with straight forward circumstances. The only downside is wondering whether there are more deductions for which you can qualify ;)
