Happy to use TurboTax

Accurate, Easy to use, TurboTax saving us a lot time and allow us to accomplish this yearly work quickly.

What's great about it: It was glad to have a super tax tool like TurboTax which tale me to finish every year tax return easily and accuratly

Quick & easy!

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years, and wouldn't have it any other way. I just did my 2013 taxes in an afternoon - roughly 3 hours from begining to end. I've never had a problem, or an audit, and it's so simple. I can see what I've filed from the year before, and know at a glance how I compare with the previous year. I have two K-1s that are handled flawlessly. Everything is checked for possible audit alerts and mathematical errors. I don't dread doing taxes, in fact I almost enjoy it! I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.
What's great about it: most information is already there from last year
What's not so great: I occasionally have items appear on forms that don't match Turbo Tax

As easy as it gets.

I've used ttax for 8 years now and it keeps getting easier to file.
One complaint are the examples are not thorough enough.
The job section used almost the same wording and it made it very confusing as to whether i should type it in detail. Except for the fact the total was more i would have missed an error. Job, other Job. How about just Job Search expenses.

What's great about it: Very helpful and mostly friendly.
What's not so great: Print in color!! seriously a waste.

So Accurate Increased My Tax Burden

Decided to use TurboTax for the first time when I realized our taxes owed would be high this year. Unfortunately, TurboTax didn't save us money--it actually increased our tax burden when I realized I had other sources of income to report I had never done before (e.g. Jury duty pay)! Nevertheless, I do feel better that I had my math double-checked and that my taxes will be more accurate come any unforeseen audit.
What's great about it: Very accurate, easy to follow, like the eFile
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Inexpensive and quick to load on computer, easy to see past (if you use yearly) and Love the forms versus step by step option... i use it every year in order to understand why my info is a little (or a lot) different from year to year...
What's great about it: easy steps, easy questions, simple multiple choice answers
What's not so great: still hours of paperwork info to find...
