Excellent program but soooo slow

I have been using TurboTax products since 1996 and they have never failed me. Calculations are always accurate and easy to follow step by step. Whether you are a novice or a professional, this program works right.
What's great about it: Quickly updates totals and displays it at top of screen
What's not so great: Very slow at start up and takes long to open

Great Program

Very easy program. Got the Deluxe with State version. Really liked that I didn't have to enter anything on the state version. It pulled it from the federal forms.
For some reason one of the files that runs the program disappeared after running it for hours. Had to call Turbo Tax and they shadowed me on my computer and fixed it. Had to reload the program.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Once I did my taxes the program would not reload - had to call TurboTax which fixed the problem - had to reload it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have successfully used Turbo Tax for better than 15 years. While I often hear of complaints about the program I have yet to experience any problems at all. I recommend it to many people yearly from those with complex returns to those with more simplified returns.
What's great about it: step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: no problems

i have used turbo tax over past few years and im impressed how detailed this program is to help qualify for all items i was entitled to .
What's great about it: detailed , organized and easy to manuever through

I appreciated the enhanced web search when explanations needed further detail, specifically related to clergy tax and housing allowance.
What's great about it: ability to navigaate, edit adn re=edit
What's not so great: some instructions too vague
