Love how it takes you step by step and is so user friendly!! Turbo tax makes filling my taxes quick and easy!!

Not so good

Gets harder each year...someone up there thinks it is cute to have you jump about...and difficult to find out how to print the forms out for mailing....not as many working options as previously had. Don't play games...just get to the job....
What's great about it: none
What's not so great: Hard tp print form...stuck in deduction loop...hard to navigate in the program

It seemed like there was more info to fill out. Prob IRS rules, but it took much longer to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Guided me through
What's not so great: didn't like having to upgrade my mac computer to use TT this year

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING TURBO TAX ON A PERSONAL LEVEL & IT WAS GREAT , FUN & EASY TO USE PLUS I GOT TO KEEP ALL MY REFUND INSTEAD OF PAYING SOME ONE ELSE TO DO IT FOR ME , HOW GREAT IS THAT? I'VE ALWAYS WENT TO A TAX SERVICE TO DO THIS FOR ME & ONE DAY I SAID TO MYSELF,SELF YOU CAN DO THIS. I COULD PAT MYSELF ON THE BACK FOR THE GREAT JOB I DID , THANKS TURBO TAX

Even if the wait was 38 minutes long, Brenden was helpful and thorough. And PATIENT. My husband is in sales and he has some frustrating calls.. I try hard not to be one of those but its easy to get frustrated when things aren't working right. Brenden made it work and did it with a calm sense of control. Great support experience!
What's great about it: Didn't have to pay out hundreds to get paid back
What's not so great: the state filing on disc was malfunctioning
