I use turbo Tax every year. Its a great way to file your return and feel confident that you get all the refund available for your situation. It walks you through every step and even checks each area to see if you qualify for additional credit. Its actually fun to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use & fast results
What's not so great: Nothing to complain about

I've been using Turbo Tax for a long long time and even the tax code continues to get more complicated, Turbo Tax keeps it simple and accurate.
What's great about it: The Guided Tour is still one of the best features of the program

I just don't think there is any reason to look for anyone else to do what I can do with Turbo Tax. The program has always been uber intuitive. Every step is extremely well laid out. I've used Turbo for the last 8 consecutive years; it's all about trust and integrity.
What's great about it: Peace of mind and confidence that I've filed an accurate return!
