Our return was a little more complicated this year because of high medical expenses. It was not clear how to handle expenses covered by FSA. Ultimately found you can't claim them but it took extensive searching and I found the answer through Google and not turbotax. Other than that it is simple to follow and I feel confident we got the best return.
What's great about it: it's deductable and simple questions
What's not so great: a little unclear on itemized medical

Turbo Tax makes this process easy to understand and uses the most up-to-date tax regulations so I feel confident I am abiding by tax laws but not paying a penny over what I have to.
I also love the search function I can utilize when I have specific questions on topics I am not sure about. It takes very little time, I don't know why anyone would prefer to file their taxes any other way!

What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions, reviews for errors, electronic filing
What's not so great: I can't think of one!

Showed ME Deductions

I love TurboTax, this is my fifth year using it. E-fling is so easy!
What's great about it: I like the way the program walks me thru the various deductions
What's not so great: It is difficult to get an answer to a question if not phrased in the q&a section.

10 years of Turbotax

When I did the taxes without Turbo, what I submitted was much simpler. I sometimes think that Turbo is generating more forms than are really needed. That said, I assume that Turbo has to cover a great many more possibilities than I need.
I greatly ( ! ) appreciate the electronic transfer of financial data that is available through Turbo.

What's great about it: When I've finished with the taxes I feel confident that it was done correctly.
What's not so great: I often have trouble with the limited choices. Ex.On a K-1 form, on line 20 where I wanted to put "STMT" but couldn't

This Years Turbo Tax made filing even less painless and easier to understand. I love how it uses last years return to save you bundles of time entering in all that information. Even though I didn't get a gigantic return, I feel confident that by using Turbo Tax I got the largest return possible for my situation. Great Going TurboTax Software/Legal team!
What's great about it: Explains "EVERYTHING TAX RELATED" in simple Laymans Terms
What's not so great: Time To Load Program... OK I'm just being picky! :)
