Great and Tax Preparers Tool

What's great about it: User Friendly and great questionnaires to complete each form
What's not so great: State updated information should let you know when State does not require a State Return

Turbo Tax makes it easy!

I have used Turbo Tax software to do my taxes every year for the past 23 years, and I've never been disappointed. Not only do I usually get a refund, I never have to worry that I filled something out wrong, or left something incomplete, or forgot a form I needed. That makes filing taxes a far less miserable task than it could be.
What's great about it: Being guided through the forms step-by-step, and getting multiple error checks of the end product.
What's not so great: If only they didn't try to sell you extra services after you've bought the software.

Easy as Pie!

Turbo Tax is so easy. They walk you right through and ask you all the questions they need to file a correct return. Why pay big $ when you can file your taxes yourself?
What's great about it: Like a walk in the Park
What's not so great: Having to retrieve my e-file pin

Smooth and Done

I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so. Had some problems with my computer so I had to start from scratch this year. Dreaded it. But it wasn't so bad. All is done.
What's great about it: Walk Through Process
What's not so great: Didn't have last year stuff

Very easy to use; tutorials are very helpful. Had to input a
K-1 for the first time; had difficulty figuring out Fed vs State issues with said K-1; not happy what K-1 did to my bottom line though. It is easy to stop and resume if you don't have time to finsh it all inone sitting. Enjoy the audit risk features at the end. Have been using Turbo Tax for 0ver 12 years and will not consider anything else. Filing electronically is The Best!

Another year with the easy way to do your taxes

My taxes are pretty simple but the last two years I have had a capital gains loss with te sale of my deceased fathers home.
It was somthing that I dreaded for tax purposed but, with Turbo Tax it could not have been any simpler.

DIdn;t know how to chat with tax pro.
More exlapnation is needed on some questions- If I knew the tax code, I wouldn't need turbo tax...I expected more answers.

Easier Than Pencil and Paper...

I've used TurboTax for the past three or four years. Overall it's not bad--I just get confused by some of the more obscure forms and calculations. It was easier to do our taxes before the kids hit college age and when we didn't have home office space to account for. But I guess that's not TurboTax's fault!
What's great about it: I like that the program walked me through all the steps
What's not so great: Certain parts were confusing
