Have loved and will ALWAYS love TurboTax!

I have been using TurboTax for approximately 15 years, if memory serves me right and it was the very best discovery I made. Doing taxes is not the annual chore and drudgery that it used to be, it's so easy and unbelievably quick to get done now. I actually look forward to getting them done every year now! I would and DO recommend this software program to everyone.
What's great about it: It is ridiculously easy to use!
What's not so great: None that I have experienced!

We are sold on Turbo Tax. Won't use anything else! Easy, step by step instructions -- we understand every section -- filing ultra easy. Thanks for making our lives easier!
What's great about it: Easy to use, correct, file.
What's not so great: Not as easy to start in the middle of a section as I might like, but that is a small con for all the pros!

Great for the people who do their own taxes

The price was right and the easy to follow instructions made it simple for a novice like me. Other members of my Family benifit from it as well, because they don't have the money to go have their taxes done somewhere else. If I have the infomation that is needed than it is a simple job to follow the instructions.
What's great about it: Everything that I needed to do my families tax needs
What's not so great: It's so easy that I wonder if I got everything and so easy I put it off until last minute

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 6 years and use it to prepare my returns in addition to my mother and 1 sister's returns. I would not use any other software to prepare my taxes. It's quick and easy to use and I like to see comparisons from the prior year. That allows me to be sure I haven't missed anything for the current year. I also like to have the ability to save my forms as an Adobe file so I don't have to keep up with so much paper.
I recommend Turbo Tax to all my friends.
What's great about it: It's quick & easy to use. Shows comparisons from prior year.
What's not so great: I like it all!

Caveman Simplicity!

I am a returning customer after 4 years. My wife and I thought we needed to start using a professional tax preparer due to our finances becoming more complicating with investments, multiple home ownership and kids off to college. We were getting tired of spending ridiculous amounts of $ to do the same thing Turbo Tax allowed us to do for the fraction of the cost. The step-by-step directions made filing this year seem effortless. The tutorials answered any questions and clarified all issues I was challenged with.
I would reccomend Turbo Tax to a friend.

I liked it when you had a list and you could skip to each deduction section. Now you have to fill out each individual section.
What's great about it: easy to figure out.
