More than we thought !

The easiest way of filing returns. Have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and have ALWAYS found it to be easy and quick. No more "pulling my hair out" to figure out what information is needed and where to enter it.
What's great about it: Ease of filing both Federal and State
What's not so great: Extra fees for E-filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Review of 2012 Program

Very good program. However, I had to go back and enter over $20K in charitable contributions that the program overlooked - skipped the step and don't know why. Same thing happened with Mortgage Interest deduction - skipped it and had to go looking for it.
End result was very good. Gets better each year and easier to use.

turbo tax easiest way to file taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for years and continue to come back year after year. the ease of use and thoroughness of the processis great for me. I have very little free time and this tax program helps me to get my taxes done with the least impact on my free time.
What's great about it: very easy to enter data and not miss deductions
What's not so great: none
