Great Product

Great product and very easy to use, only wish the cost was lower....The help and community forum is very helpful and easy to use.
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: Cost

The downloading of W-2s and importing of previous tax and personal information contributes to the process going smoothly and takes minimal time.

Over all rating is great.. Had slight issue with Self employed 401 k limits. Issue could have been with me.
I recommend for anyone wanting to do there own submittal. Takes away the mistery .

Disappointed

I've been using TurboTax since 2006. I would think by now that the product would be able to automatically bring all information from previous filings over to the current year. Instead, the instructions for this year's version had me digging up my old forms to fill in information that a top notch program should have been able to reach back and pull automatically. For example, how many times my dependents qualified for a specific credit, or what my usual list of charitable organizations was. Instead, I end up having to reconstruct a lot of old information. This added an hour or two to tax filing time.
What's great about it: Finds all the new laws and refunds available
What's not so great: Does not pull enough info over from previous filings

I've been using Turbo Tax since the 2008. Never had a problem filing my taxes.
What's great about it: Simple to follow, does everything for you.
What's not so great: Tends to review entries more than necessary, at least for me.

Very Helpful With Deductions

I have used TurboTax for eight years now. I originally got it to assist as my wife was self-employed. I really like the way that it walks us through possible deductions. At times, there may be some items in self-employment (Schedule C) that may not be entirely clear, but we have still been very happy.
What's great about it: Deduction finder is extremely helpful

Easy to use & helps with non-complicated returns

Overall was a great experience (again!). First time having to put in a Schedule K-1 but was able to get there with not too much issue.
What's great about it: Walks thru with questions
What's not so great: Some of the more complicated items where harder to understand
