Helped me sort though the muck

Using TurboTax was a good experience. I had to muddle through having multiple state filing. When the live chat got a little complicated, the representative called me so we could resolve all my questions. He stayed with me until it was sorted out. I also liked how all my information came through from using TurboTax the previous year.
What's great about it: Helpful chat
What's not so great: don't like paying for state efiling
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax Has Added to my Quality of Life!

Let us be honest: Paying tax is never fun; but there is no reason why filing the return should not be. Turbotax has certainly seen to the latter. My only complaint is that Turbotax does not also pay the taxes for me!

Very thorough

The program went through every part of my possible deductions and in the review part i found that there was a few things i forgot to enter and it really helped!!

TurboTax is TurboEasy

TurboTax is so easy to use. It asls you all the right questions, tells you what forms you need, and even tells you were to look on the forms for the information. Better than a tax consultant at better than half the rate.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: no cons just pros

I did it!

Even though it checks for errors, I was still nervous something would go wrong. Right up until it transmitted, I was worried. When everything came back okay, I could finally breathe.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: Nervous about mistakes being made

Turbotax is the best

I been using this software all the time for my tax and like it so much. Do not want to think about another software. Best software.

Senior Citizen Delight

I've used TurboTax for the past several years, but this was the first year I had the Senior Citizen experience. There were some deductions I know I wouldn't have found on my own. I'm very pleased with this product and will continue using it. Thanks Intuit for holding my hand through the process. See you again next year.

I appreciate that Turbo Tax lists the tax changes for 2012. Program was so easy to use. Love the free e-file. Like the guarantee of accuracy. I feel confident my return is correct. The Support Feature (Help) was easy, fast, and understandable.
