Complicated Year of Filing

I had to file returns for myself and my 2 kids. Both kids live out of state and one had to file in 3 states because of his personal tax situation. Through Turbo Tax I could file multiple state returns without having to worry about knowing each state's personal income tax laws.
What's great about it: Able to file in 3 separate states plus Federal
What's not so great: E-filing is only free for 1st state filing.

Easy to use

I've used TurboTax for years and feel that we're always getting our maximum refund. We don't have any complicated deductions or income so I feel confident that we are getting back exactly what we're supposed to.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, detailed explanations
What's not so great: Miss talking to a person

I dread doing taxes each year. But TurboTax made it very simple - worry and hassle free. This is my 2nd year using this program. I will never go back doing this manually or bring it out to a professional. Thanks TurboTax!!!
What's great about it: Asks "straight-to-the-point" questions
What's not so great: Nothing - the application is terrific!

As Painless as Possible

This is my 8th year using TurboTax and each year it gets better. This year I really liked having the ability to contact a tax profesional online when I had a question.

Turbo Tax let me do my returns in a day when there were multiple sources of income, business income, moving expenses, job search, work expenses, etc. Everyone told me to go with a CPA, but I was able to do just fine without one. I guess you could say that Turbo Tax was my CPA.
What's great about it: Really simplified my complex return this year
What's not so great: I am self-employed and wished the deluxe turbo tax offered more without going to the business
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I Love Turbo Tax

This is my second year using Turbo Tax. I was surprised last year at how easy it is to use and how efficient. I no longer dread doing my taxes or paying high fees to a tax accountant. Turbo Tax gfves me all the information, explanation and assistance I need.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, lots of information in easy to understand format and language.
What's not so great: NONE
