Safe, easy and reliable.

Turbo Tax is the quickest and easiest way to file your taxes. I feel it is safe and secure and aks questions as you go so you will get all the bases covered. Highly recommend Turbo Tax to everyone !!
What's great about it: Takes you through the process step by step, asks the right questions along the way, easy to use and understand.

Definitely worth the cost for tax preparation. Easy to use and very comprehensive. Step by step instructions that anybody should be able to follow.
What's great about it: Great, easy, covers all the bases.

Overall, this is a great software to use to update and file your taxes. Have been using this for years and have never had a major issue. There have been a few instances that I had to call in to some friends who have the know how to find all the options that are not typically shown in the free version, but haven't been too bad with the deluxe version.
What's great about it: Easy walkthrough of each step and great descriptions on each deductions possible
What's not so great: Some options aren't described very well
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

In 10+ years of using Turbo-Tax I don't know how it would get any better. Very easy to use, very helpful in finding deductions.
What's great about it: Found extra refund I was not aware of

Turbo Tax is a terrific product. I love it. On a rating of one to ten it rates a 19. Bravo.
What's great about it: The ease of traveling through very complex topics.

While this is easy to use for people with basic filing status, it was almost impossible to find information on rare deductions that I have taken in the past.
What's great about it: Estimated totals for me
What's not so great: I was unable to find deductions that I wanted to file for.

Easier than a "free" professional

I just told my niece on yesterday that she should purchase turbo tax instead of having to go wait in line and miss the family breakfast like she had to do because someone was doing her taxes for free. She asked me the price but even more than the price, you don't have to wait all day for the free preparation and your personal information is not in the hands of strangers.
What's great about it: stay home and do it at your convenience
