Turbo Tax is so helpful and decent prices!
I love all of the step by step help throughout the return.
I also love how it shows the refund amount at the top of the screen as you go through the return.
All of the deductions are awesome and I appreciate the help of Turbo Tax in calculating everything.
I am very satisfied. Thanks again!!
What's great about it: step by step processes, very helpful!, all the deductions, payments already calculated, shows refund amoutn at the top!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

If you don't use Turbo Tax, you need your head audited, not your taxes. Never has it been simpler, or more efficient and complete!!
What's great about it: Once again, Turbo Tax walked me through the valley of the IRS evil and I came out unscathed. It took more time to work

I have paid for tax prep service in the past (many years ago). I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and haven't been concerned about doing it myself from the very first time. If only the tax laws could be so consitent.
What's great about it: The deluxe still covers everything!!
What's not so great: I still have to type in the deductions............

I downloaded a state update and was unable to access my Iowa return thereafter except thru the error check function. Pretty frustrating when you filed a state tax return for your kid a week before with no problems whatsoever. Updates shouldn't make matters worse and seems to show that there was a lack of quality control.

Best one that I have purchased. It was easy to use and to install from cd.
What's great about it: was easy, straight forward. easy to go back or forward.
