Got even better this year

I've been a turbo tax user for 10 years, and this was the easiest to use yet. Loved how it made my itemized deductions so simple. I felt confident I got all possible deductions.
What's great about it: Walks you right through everything
What's not so great: Having to pay extra for the audit defense

Good product to use. Remember if your refund or amount owed looks wrong to you--check it. I inadvertently hit a "yes' option when it should have been a "no" and amount calculated didn't look right but it didn't trigger an error in the program. Had to keep going over until I found my mistake.

I have basic tax needs and have found this product to be more than adequate through the years and saves me from paying too much if I had used an accountant.
What's great about it: Easy to use and educational.

My Refund

I love using Turbo Tax this is my fourth year. Its very easy to follow and I know I didn't miss anything. The only issue I had this year was that on the version I bought it didnt have the option to put my refund on a money card like it has in the past. that would be my only complaint. I will be using Turbo Tax again next year. Thank you.
What's great about it: VEry easy to follow step by step
What's not so great: MY updates didnt download at the beginning so I had to go back

Finished my Return in less than 2 hours

If you keep track of your receipts for charitable deductions, the It's Deductible feature allows you to determine values very quickly. I buy Turbo Tax every year primarily for this module.
What's great about it: It's Deductible is indispensible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Seems to get easier every year!

This is my fifth year using Turbo Tax and my favorite feature is the audit possibility graph. I can sleep again tonight as I ended up in the green.
What's great about it: Review tabs were so easy this year. Added all of my items the last few weeks and reviewed the entire return today!
What's not so great: Almost snuck in the audit after I thought I said no......
