Quick & Easy

Easy to install, update, and use for your average Joe trying to do his taxes. If you have investments, you may want to use an upgraded version or consult someone. Turbo Tax has plenty of helpful documentation, however sometimes it is easier to have someone explain it to you.
What's great about it: Simple enough to do on your own
What's not so great: If you have investments it can be tricky
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I love Turbo Tax! The only thing that I can think would be better is possibly to have more information linked for automatic information and explaining some sections better. I am disabled recently and some of the sections about that were vague.
What's great about it: Detailed guide, step by step or explore on your own.
What's not so great: Explaining some issues better.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is an easy to use program. It helps you through your taxes. From a short form to a long form. It asks all the questions related to the forms. helps you get the most refund. Finds deductions you may miss. Imports all your info and applies it to the forms. You can save or print copies. Doing taxes and filing forms is still a pain. This program takes the stress out of it
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Not many

I don't know what I would do without this program other than pay bundles so that some tax office can use essentially the same program and charge me massive amounts of money. We moved this year for a job and I wouldn't have begun to know the deduction process, but TurboTax just asks question that you answer and Voila! money in your pocket.
What's great about it: walk through process so that nothing is missed.
What's not so great: none

I waited until the glitches were fixed and updated...this is how much I love doing turbo tax.
What's great about it: Easier to use it seemed than previously getting my taxes done and paying out three to five times more.
What's not so great: took me a few hours, as it would not pull over from last year.

NICE! I'll Use It Again!!

Decided to try TurboTax this year after an addition error last year. The program is well thought out and easy to use. Don't bother using the 2012 free on-line program, it's dial-up slow or worst! Buy it, you won't regret the time and stress you save yourself. Disappointed that I still had to puruse the IRS site for "Payment Card Transactions" info (Form 1099 K), but hopefully next year it will be included. Very happy I bought TurboTax, taxes have never been this easy.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Access to the TurboTax pros wasn't what I expected
