Delaware Problems

System insisted that I had worked in PA whereas it was clear my wife had, and the W2's were accurate. Would have cost me hundreds if I hadn't corrected it. DE's tax system isn't simple if you work out of state.
What's great about it: Saves time in general
What's not so great: Doesn't understand Delaware taxes

Great Program...

I've been using TurboTax for 10 years in preparing my tax returns. I have a small business, and have to file a schedule "C". Previously, I had a tax attorney doing my taxes. He reviewed the returns the first 2 years, and told me that while I ws probably stretching my TurboTax Deluxe to its limits, it performed as well as his tax program, costing thousands of dollars.

Refund maximized!

I've been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and every year it gets more and more user friendly. This year it was extremely easy to switch between form view and guided tour screens. I've never needed Audit Defense, but purchase it every year, just in case. What a great available service!
What's great about it: Easy of use

Very easy to use. Especially like the itemize non-cash donations as I give away a lot, but not sure how to value.

Super easy experience, TurboTax Deluxe imported all of my tax information, including current W-2's and Investment information. All I had to do was answer a few easy questions and BOOM! It was done.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

i use turbo tax every year, and i own a small business and it helps me through every step, very easy, all you have to do is fill in the numbers.
my return is real simple so i have to say no to alot of questions , but they are there if you have more complex tax return.
