I love using Turbo Tax for all of my tax return clients. The program also correctly processes the information entered, and offers guidance when needed.
What's great about it: Streamlines tax preparation

Great program. Been using it many years, and it's getting easier over time.
What's great about it: They walk you through all the steps, and it's very easy to stay on track. I go back after a week to do a final review.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, it has made my life easier, I get to file my taxes from the comfort of my own home. Every household should have Turbo Tax.

I think turbo tax is easy and stress free. It took me under an hour and as a mom of three I do not have alot of time to myself. I would highly recommend this product.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have generally been very happy with the software.
What's great about it: Simple to use, uploads nice
What's not so great: When reviewing program does not always save all answers submitted initially and must review closely and answer again
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax 2012 was well done. Let me request that the window you provide next year will be expandable, for the visually impaired. It was difficult for me to read the small fonts.

Really simple, this was my first year filing my own taxes and TurboTax made the process almost pain free. I plan on using the software every year as long as it stays this easy. If I ever move to another state however I will not use this software for my second state file. I had to purchase another state e-file which cost $10 more than my original purpose which is ridiculous.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, filled out Federal and both state returns in a few hours
What's not so great: Had to purchase an additional state file for more than I paid for the original software.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
