I love this product. It gets me back alot of the tax money I have sent or have taken out of my check. Fast & simple
What's great about it: Easy, simple and complete work to prepare
What's not so great: lots of questions I have no idea about
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax provided all the information needed and more. It was very helpful using simple and easy questions. It was very nice to save it and come back later and everything was still there.

Fantastic and useful product. Exceeded my expectations.
What's great about it: Easy navigation
What's not so great: It was difficult to figure out where to place my cell phone deduction as a law enforcement officer

Filing made easy

Even with my complicated self-employment forms, TurboTax makes it easy to fill out and file my taxes. I like using the step-by-step procedure to be sure I don't miss anything and the fact that TurboTax picks up a lot of info from the previous year.

TT Deluxe review

TT Deluxe is easy to use. Especially if you the step by step feature. I like to import last years data since it saves a LOT of time. However, expect a LONG wait time if you call for customer support and questions answered.
I would like to see free state E files.
I've looked at other programs and it still is "the top of the heap".

What's not so great: Hard to get actual real time support
