I buy Turbo Tax every year, and always feel that it is the best choice. Very easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use,
What's not so great: Haven't find one yet

Does what it claims to do, but starting up slow

I've been using TurboTax for close to ten years. The process is normally straightforward and ultimately is a great timesaver. If I had a gripe at all, I say it's a bit slow starting up and downloading updates. All-in-all however, I imagine I'll be using TurboTax next year.
What's great about it: Takes all the guesswork out filing
What's not so great: Occasionally program startup is a bit slow

Adequate could have been better

It is OK. Needs a bit of work. For example I had to enter a lot of charitable contribution information that was not used. If after entering all the other deductions the program would give a figure for what I would need in charitable deduction to exceed the standard deduction, I could have saved a lot of time.
What's great about it: Neater than doing by hand
What's not so great: Many wasted steps

Filing taxes can't be easier

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for several years now. The product has greatly improved over time. I find this product 100% satisfactory and useful.
What's great about it: Easy to use and comprehensive coverage
What's not so great: None I can think of.

Turbo Charged!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and it seems that they have been upping their game each year! It is difficult to think about all the new tax laws, but Turbo Tax guides you through each step of the process. I feel very confident as I turn in my returns that everything is done right. One of my friends took her last year's tax forms to a tax "professional" because she had retired and thought she needed an expert to help her with new forms. The tax preparer complimented her on how well her former taxes were done! I had done them with Turbo Tax! It was a good feeling!
What's great about it: Ease of going through the process step by step!

Affordable and Reliable

Turbotax is reliable and affordable. It allows me to start taxes and then return later to review. I also like that it will check for changes everytime you log-in so I know they are current.
What's great about it: all the checks and balances to review for accuracy, previous information placed for you from previous years to save time
