IT SEEMED LIKE WE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MORE BACK THAN WE DID.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: DIDN'T GET AS MUCH BACK AS EXPECTED

What's great about it: NO PAPERWORK!!! Simple steps, back up and edit
What's not so great: some difficulty finding previously filled out information to edit

This is well worth the money spent for this program. Much cheaper than having it done....by someone that doesn't know anymore than you do, but charges way more.
What's great about it: Easy, Easy, Easy...and fast.
What's not so great: None

I have used it for years and will use it again next year. I also do my son's taxes and one of his friend's taxes too.
What's great about it: It has always been right on calculations.
What's not so great: Some blanks were difficult for me to see.

Overall great product. Still could improve by showing options or clarifying optional steps - rather than leaving you hanging or necessitating going to help that isn't clear either (unless you are a seasoned user).
What's great about it: Gets easier to use every year.
What's not so great: Some options not openly covered - like 2 nd form 2106.
