I am a senior citizen and have been using TurboTax for perhaps fifteen years. Doing the work is so simple. However, getting out of it at the end and knowing what to do with all the Advantage marketing stuff is much more difficult than it needs to be and it seems to be more confusing with each passing year. Granted, I am also getting older . . . .
What's great about it: Step-by-Step is very easy to follow.
What's not so great: The completing steps are a real chore.

Program should be written to go to next area when you complete an area without having to page down every time to get to next area.
What's great about it: Best way to do taxes I have found
What's not so great: Schedule C seemed hard to navigate and get to all areas

Need Help

Many recent changes in pension taxing in Michigan. Seemed the maximum deductions were present but until the end at processing time did I ever see where this amount was located. I think you need a warning or alert to indicate that routing numbers can only be changed at time of filing..........

An Outstanding Tool

I have used Turbo Tax for more than seven years and have always found it to be an excellent tool for preparing my taxes. It's real benefit comes when you use it year after year as it keeps track of previous years and carries forward the essestial data from year to year. Very easy to use. Thank you!
What's great about it: Accurate, easy to use, and tracks your returns from year to year
What's not so great: Better contrast needed between text and background in my computer
