Easy, breezy, simple, Turbo Tax Deluxe. Downloaded online saved $20. Spent that to file state, so it was a wash.
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: IRA link to mint was not my favorite popup

I have been usig Turbo Tax for well over 15 plus years now. It is always consistent, easy to navigate through, and simple to file.
What's great about it: Ease of filing and guided help along the way
What's not so great: I feel there should be no e-file charge for state returns.

For years I have done my own taxes, and have never had an issue. This year I had to address investment income and loss, and I struggled with reconciling all the different 1099 forms.
The ability to download from the brokerage and have TubroTax work its "Magic" was a real relief.
It took about three hours to walk through the process. And there were deductions found I had no idea I qualified for.

Turbo Tax is easy to navigate and always results in a larger refund than I can get on my won. This program is light years bettter than the competitors.
What's great about it: constantly checks and updates

Not sure what i am supposed to write here, everything went pretty well with regard to running turbo tax. We use it every year.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: some things would have been more helpfull with definitions

Overall a good program.
I like to efile federal and mail State. This is not an easy option. I have to go back over so much duplication each time to get this done.
What's great about it: Ability to download from Brokerage company
What's not so great: No ability to download K-1s, prints ES vouchers in duplicate -
