I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years I love the program and ease of use.
What's great about it: asks key questions that are needed to get you going

Turbo Tax is pretty darn nice. The only thing better would be for it to do everything automatically. Is there anyway for the tax forms to be collected somewhere for everyone so that you don't have to try to remember to hold on to all that paperwork? Probably not too safe to have all that info online.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: Lots of questions, but understandable

Glad It's Over Again

The first time I used Turbo Tax, I double checked every entry and worked my taxes by hand to verify they were done correctly. Now, I feel totally confident that my taxes have been completed even better than I could by hand and in much less time. Would not want to tackle preparing my taxes without the help of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Accuracy & thoroughness to detail. Feel confident once done.
What's not so great: Finding answers.

Ease of Use!

I can't believe people still go to professional preparers! Turbo Tax walks you step by step, easy question by easy question through the whole process. There is no situation that cannot be handled by Turbo Tax - from the easiest to the most complicated of tax situations. Try it one year and you will be a loyal fan for life!
What's great about it: It asks me all the questions and walks me step by step through what I need to answer. Plus it reviews everything!
What's not so great: There's nothing about Turbo Tax that I dislike.

Simple to Use

The only issue I had was to in validate dividends/ stock sales etc... that took place after I moved from PA.
Also on PA mailed form needed attachment....it would be nice if it was on the mailing summary form.

What's great about it: Very comprehensive but simple
What's not so great: State does not flow easy, e.g. lived only 2 mos. does not prorate income.

This is the 4th year we have used Turbo Tax and I would recommend it to anyone . I do tell all my friends and co-workers about it. The whole program is user friendly/easy to understand language/you can stop and start all you want. very professional..I will continue to use it in years to come. THANK YOU TURBO TAX!!!!!!
What's great about it: AFFORDABLE/CLEAR /CONCISE/EASY/USER FRIENDLY
What's not so great: A LITTLE BIT CONFUSING AT THE END REGARDING PRINTING

Very easy to use. I'm not very tech savey & I can use Turbo tax CD.

2012 TT review

I like turbo tax and have used it for several years. In the past, I filed a schedual C, but this year I didn't think I had to because my bussiness closed. Turbo tax wanted to include a schedual C this year also and I couldn't figure out how not to include the schedual C with this year's return.
What's great about it: Quick
What's not so great: Would like to see forms as they are filled out.
