Turbo Tax over the years

As a CPA I have used Turbo Tax since its inception. The program has become more complicated as it gets older. A simple feature such as printing has become very intolerable. I used to print a schedule as needed. Now I find it extremely difficult to print a single page.
Customer support seems unavailable unless you purchase an unnecessary additional program.
Next year I will look for a different program.

TurboTax is easy and thorough - you feel confident that you haven't missed anything and are filing an accurate return - this peace of mind means a lot!!

Loved the interface. Was a bit disappointed when I could not alter a vechicle information entry and had to restart tax return.

Great tax program and help

Great program, easy to use, transfers last year's information easily. Very helpful in getting all you legal deductions entered.
Always use this tax program, year after year. Do not change this program with Easyguide in the future.

Form 8608

Two years in a row, Turbotax didn't automatically generate form 8608 for me even after I went through the IRA review process. had to go back and manipulate the process to get the form ready. Turbotax needs to improve on this.
