Love Turbo tax

I have used the turbo tax software for multiple years and I believe its good design and easy to use.
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: not easy to go back to a screen or form

Super Easy Software!!

I have used TurboTax for the last 3 years and don't plan on using anything else. Completely satisfied and would recommend to all my family and friends.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, very explanatory and detailed.
What's not so great: Non that I can really think of. Loved the software!!

Better than by hand

I have used Turbotax for several years now and it reduces some of the frustration of the tax process. Most of the problems encountered are at least primarily a function of convoluted IRS regulations that make things like the Health Savings Account and some ancillary income ridiculously complex. I am not a business simply because I received a 1099 for some outside work. The Its deductible section is great but could be easier if you could add items you can't find to the same batch of entries rather than creating a whole new deduction.
What's great about it: Mostly straightforward and the import features certainly reduce data entry mistakes
What's not so great: Some vagaries in the its deductible section.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Refund more than expected

The tax filing for the 5 income taxes that I have was confusing at the local level. I have income tax based on Federal - that easy, State, that was easy, City tax where I work, that could have been easier, City tax where I live, that was easy (it was the estimated tax) and the Ohio school taxes which I found difficult.
What's great about it: Like the fact that items are brought over from the prior year
What's not so great: State, Local, City and School taxes for Ohio was confusing.

overall a good experience, I have used turbo tax in the past just not last year. Each time my experience has been generally a satisfactory one.
