worked well, and after downloading to my home pc, I was able to do taxes for whole family in about 3 hours. record time!
What's great about it: similar to previous years, easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax since 2003 and on my 10th anniversary. The program has never failed me yet and finds the most deductions possible for me.

Easy Money

Loved how easy it made my taxes. I had done them all my life until last year. Having to try to read the tax instructions on retirement income made my head spin, so we had them done...which took a chunk of the refund! Turbo Tax was much easier!

Easy to Use

Good product but it isn't cheap and there is the additional charge on top to e-file state returns. I do wish that instead of having to go through each page it asked if you had any changes in income or deductions from the prior year and then it just took you to those sections directly. Then maybe it would step you through changes to the tax form that are new for the filing year so you didn't miss anything but then your wouldn't have to go through each step like you do now if you want to make sure you aren't missing anything.
What's great about it: Step by step through the process. Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Not supported by older OS systems which isn't good. Also additional fee to e-file state

Easy Tax Refund

Taxes made easy with Turbo Tax. Since this is a necessary evil, making it easy is the only way to go. Turbo Tax walks you through the process so you do not need to try interpreting the tax directions by yourself. It is set up in a fashion that non tax and non accounting type people find easy to follow. When I use Turbo Tax I know I have obtained the largest refund I am entitled to receive. Another fantastic feature is that starting and stopping is not an issue as you can pick up where you last left off.
What's great about it: Walked me through
What's not so great: Only get to file once a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
