Ease of navagation

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and will purchase it every year. I tried a competitors and will not make that mistake again, I appreciate all the experts that produce and support Turbo Tax. I trust it for my whole family and that means a lot to all of us. Thanks
What's great about it: leads you in a practical manner for ease of completion
What's not so great: if you have to change or correct you have to repeat the whole process

I like the part that I didn't have to buy the premier for to 401 k
What's great about it: I liked the part that you didnt have to get the premier turbo tax for the 401 k
What's not so great: it didnt ask about every all the possible ways for deductions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Your State Tax returns costs are out of line. Cost me more for one additional state than the complete Fed/state package. I will use the actual state site next year, and bypass the additional costs assoicated with Turbo tax.
What's great about it: Fairly quick and easy
What's not so great: Additional state returns cost more the complete package

For the amount paid for the software, it is disappointing more money is needed to e-file for the state (depending on circumstance). Overall, I am happy with this product but shocked the amount of additional money wanted to at the end of the process for state processing. Read it carefully.
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step process, much cheaper than a tax preparer
What's not so great: Fees for e-filing state return was hidden, a bit deceptive

Turbo Tax is great! Was so worried about doing my elderly mother's taxes. So many medical deductions and strange retirement accounts. Was a breeze! Walked me through it in easy to understand language. Saved her 300 plus dollars vs a tax preparer.

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years. It is very easy to use, navagate, and the help forums are good when you have a question.
