Easy as pie

I found Tubotax 12 as easy as ever to use. It was simple to finish my taxes in one evening. Though I found some of the on page explanations of what they were asking for and why they were asking they put together my taxes in a simple and easy to understand as to what was needed and why.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Somewhat short with on page explanations

I have a appreciation for any software that calculates for me. I'm not aware of all of the deductions or exemptions available to me and with turbotax, i dont have to be!
What's great about it: doesn't miss much and maximizes my money
What's not so great: even simple can be a little complex

As usual, Turbo Tax is the best way to go for filing. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Seems like the only thing that changed was the way you handle the State refund. There was an added section for going back to 2011 return which was confusing. decided to just count whole refund.

I like that it shows me what I did last year, since my tax situation is largely the same from year to year. That is how I know I have all my documents together, especially since I receive some on paper and some electronically.

Turbo Tax is the Best!!

I've been a TurboTax user since the 1990's, would not use any other program. Have never had an issue with an audit, seems like the guidance from TurboTax is accurate. Using Turbo Tax for such a long period has actually made me more aware of things to do in daily life to help minimize my tax obligation and to be a smart taxpayer.
What's great about it: Wase of Use, great guidance when needed
What's not so great: Nothing to complain about
